Stuart has been wonderful throughout this process. I was a little nervous about sending some of mums Ashes but Stuart was very reassuring. He responded quickly to all correspondence and welcomed input from me about how I wanted it to look. The candle holder is truly beautiful - and we will treasure it always. We had this fish made out of my Brother in law's ashes, which had previously been in an old prescription bottle. While that may have been kind of appropo, this is much more beautiful and display worthy!

Recently contacted Stuart about getting a glass wave done with ashes of loved ones. I wanted it a little lighter than the image and when it was received back it was honestly perfect. The turn around time was also really good.

I opted for the gold enhanced glass ornament which in hindsight I think was a mistake as I think there is two much gold in the glass it stops you seeing the colours that I picked. I must say that the quality is excellent and the service provided was very good
