Shark Surfing a Wave
Hand-blown

A Shark riding a Wave?

Our Shark Surfing a Wave Sculpture is more than a decorative object—it’s an artistic encapsulation of nature’s raw energy and fluid grace. Handcrafted from molten glass, it weaves together strength, motion, and a hint of drama as the shark rides the crest of a wave. Light passing through its flowing contours reveals subtle shifts in colour and texture, drawing the eye into its dynamic scene. This piece does more than capture a moment in time; it inspires reflection on life’s balance, daring spirit, and the exhilaration found in nature’s grand design.

"My wife and me have visited here twice over the last two years. There is a vast amount of quality glass products at affordable prices. We bought customised swans and they were awesome."

What makes this sculpture a distinctive decorative piece?

Beyond its striking appearance, the sculpture captures a sense of movement, power, and balance. The interplay of transparent and coloured glass creates a vivid, almost lifelike scene that evokes the thrill and beauty of the ocean’s depths.

How should I display and care for my Shark Surfing a Wave Sculpture?

Placing it where natural or subtle ambient light can highlight its curves and contours will enhance its visual impact. A simple dusting with a soft cloth now and then will help maintain its clarity and brilliance for years to come.
